Hertfordshire County Council's SEND Local Offer
The SEND Local Offer helps parents, carers and young people understand the special educational needs and disabilities support available in Hertfordshire, and how to access it.
Rooted in The Avanti Way, we believe every child has unique potential and should be supported to flourish intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The Local Offer is an important starting point for families seeking the right guidance, services and support, helping every young person feel known, valued and able to thrive.

Meet our SENCo

At Avanti Brook, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. As SENCo, my role is to ensure that every child is seen, heard, understood and supported to flourish.
We know that every child is unique, with their own strengths, needs and gifts, and our commitment is to work closely with families, staff and external professionals to provide the right support at the right time.
The Avanti Way reminds us that education is about nurturing the whole child: through Educational Excellence, Character Formation and Spiritual Insight. This means helping children to grow in confidence, develop resilience, build positive relationships and feel a true sense of belonging within our school community.
We are passionate about working in partnership with parents and carers, listening carefully and walking alongside them, so that every child can access learning, enjoy school life and realise their full potential.
