Avanti pupils have an opportunity to partake in weekly yoga sessions. The practise of yoga is very personal. It’s  about one’s personal journey into greater strength of the body, mind and heart, reaching heights of the human spirit and depths of the self that would otherwise be unavailable to us.

During yoga, along with Hatha yoga, for the body, teachers empower students with mindfulness practises.

At Avanti Schools, pupils have the opportunity to engage in weekly yoga sessions, which serve as a valuable component of their holistic education. Yoga is not merely a physical exercise but a deeply personal practice that fosters the development of the body, mind, and spirit. Through guided sessions, pupils embark on a transformative journey collectively and individually which encourages their self-awareness and inner growth.
